Using brainlet

Terms and Conditions

These terms describe how you may use Brainlet, including shared workspaces, MCP tools, and connections you choose to enable.

Last updated September 17, 2026

Agreement

By using Brainlet, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Brainlet for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization and follow its workspace rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in and connection credentials secure. Workspace owners and administrators control membership, roles, enabled capabilities, and some billing settings. Members may see or change shared content according to their permissions.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a workspace connection has been compromised.

Your content

You keep your rights in content you add to Brainlet, including memories, context, files, and skills. You give Brainlet permission to store, process, search, and return that content as needed to provide the service and carry out requests you authorize. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to add and share that content.

Do not put information into a shared workspace unless it is appropriate for authorized workspace members and connected assistants to access. Public file links can be opened by anyone who has the link while it is active.

Connected services and AI clients

You choose whether to connect third-party accounts or enable included capabilities. A connection may let Brainlet call that provider's official API or MCP service using permissions you approve. Your use of that provider remains subject to its own terms, pricing, and policies. Review the tools and permissions you enable before using them.

Results sent to an AI assistant through Brainlet are also handled by that assistant or its host. Brainlet does not control the assistant's responses or the operation of third-party services. Check important outputs and actions before relying on them.

Plans, credits, and billing

Some Brainlet features use workspace credits or a paid plan. The console shows available plans, prices, usage, and applicable limits before an administrator enables or purchases them. Charges for third-party accounts you connect may be billed separately by those providers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Use Brainlet lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not attempt to access another workspace without authorization, bypass security or usage controls, interfere with the service, or use a connection beyond the permissions granted by its account owner. We may restrict access to protect users or the service when these terms are violated.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Brainlet available and secure, but features and integrations can change, and third-party services can be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brainlet is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. If you stop using Brainlet, disconnect your accounts and contact us about any account or workspace removal request. For questions, email joven@joinbrainlet.com or visit Support.
