AI collaboration for teams

Different assistants. Work that connects.

Collaborate with AI across teammates, projects and compatible assistants. Share research, context and reusable workflows so the next person can continue the work.

For cross-functional teams, AI collaboration means more than sharing prompts: keep the source material, useful outputs and decisions available through each handoff.

Illustrative team workflow. Each teammate connects a compatible assistant and uses their own permitted tool access.

The problem

AI made each person faster. It didn't make the team faster.

Every teammate now has an AI assistant, and each one starts from zero. The research one person did in ChatGPT is stuck in their chat history. The brand guidance another pasted into Claude has to be pasted again tomorrow. Nobody can see what the others' assistants already know.

Brainlet is the shared layer underneath. The team's files, memory, skills and tools live in one workspace, and every assistant connected to it reads from and writes to the same place. Work done in one conversation becomes the starting point for the next, whoever picks it up and whichever assistant they use.

How it works

What a shared AI workspace gives your team.

01

Shared context

Briefs, research and decisions saved once and found by everyone's assistant.

02

Any assistant

One person uses Claude Code, another ChatGPT, a third Cursor. The workspace is the same.

03

Shared skills

Turn a workflow that worked into a skill the whole team can run, with its tool requirements listed.

04

Shared tools & credits

Web search and image generation are enabled once for the workspace, on one credit balance.

05

Clean handoffs

The next person starts from saved status, sources and open questions, not a blank chat.

06

Private by default

Personal workspaces and connected accounts stay yours. You share only what you save to the team.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can teammates use different AI assistants?

Yes. Each teammate connects whichever MCP-compatible assistant they prefer, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, and they all share the same workspace files, memory and skills.

Will my teammates see my chats?

No. Brainlet doesn't read or store your chat history. Teammates see only what you or your assistant deliberately save to the shared workspace.

How do permissions work?

Workspace members share its files, skills and Included tools. Connected accounts, such as Gmail or LinkedIn, are linked by each person and act with that person's own permissions.

How do we share a workflow?

Ask your assistant to save the steps as a skill. The skill records its instructions and the tools it needs, and teammates can see whether they're ready to run it.

Is there a team plan?

Yes. Start free, then add seats and credits as the team grows.
