Google Docs, Google Drive and GitHub can provide source material through supported connections. Access follows your account permissions.

The toolkit
Search the web, generate images, draft from your documents and publish to social media, all from the AI assistant each person already uses. Included tools run on Brainlet credits, so there is no separate vendor account to set up. Connected apps use your own accounts and permissions.
Current sources with links, for market research, competitor analysis and fact-checking.
Campaign visuals, product shots, social graphics and presentation artwork from a written brief.
Short clips from a prompt, or a still image brought to life, for ads, reels and product demos.
Voiceovers, narrated briefings and meeting transcripts with speaker labels.
Read briefs, sheets and threads where they already live. Access follows each person's own permissions.
Draft and publish through your own accounts, with a person approving every post.
Issues, pull requests, product analytics, monitoring and transactional email.
Connect any remote MCP server your team already runs, and share it with the workspace.
Included tools use Brainlet credits. Connecting an account does not include that service’s paid plan. Coming-soon tools are not yet available.

Why teams use it
Everyone works from the same tools, files and skills. A new teammate joins the workspace and has what the rest of the team has, from day one.
Web search and image generation run on Brainlet credits. You don't need an API key, a billing page or a separate plan for each AI provider.
Ask for low cost, high quality or a fast answer, and Brainlet picks a provider to match. You can also name a specific provider, such as Exa or FLUX, when you want it.
Every tool call can draw on the project's briefs, brand guidance and past decisions, so results fit your work rather than a generic prompt.
Choose which capabilities the workspace can use and see what each call cost. Connected accounts keep each person's own permissions.
Connect any remote MCP server your team runs, and it appears beside the built-in tools for everyone in the workspace.

No, not for Included tools. Web search and image generation use Brainlet credits, so you don't need a separate account with each provider. Connected apps such as Google Drive or LinkedIn use your own existing accounts, and connecting one does not include that service's paid plan.
ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other assistants that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Each teammate can use a different assistant and still share the same workspace.
New accounts start with free credits. Each Included tool call costs a set number of credits based on the provider and the size of the request, and your assistant can check the cost before it runs. You can buy more credits whenever you need them.
Yes. Any remote MCP server can be added as a custom connection and shared with your workspace. We add new providers to the catalogue regularly.
Both. Everyone gets a personal workspace, and teams share a workspace with common tools, files, skills and credits.
